The SIH-1000 Series cap sealing machine uses of the principle of induction to provide a safety seal on the opening of bottles and jars. An HF signal is amplified, then it is output through the induction coil. When containers with inner aluminum caps pass through the induction coil, vertex will occur and the instant heat produced makes the aluminum foil surface and the mouth of the bottle adhere together with a hermetic seal. The modularized transistor design of the our Induction Sealer ensures high working efficiency and low probability of breaking down.
The SIH-1000-AP Induction Sealer is designed for the needs of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, pesticide, oil and chemical industries to provide leak-proof and tamper-proof container sealing with a foil liner. It can be used to seal different kinds of compound aluminum foil seals to containers made of materials including as PE, PET, PP and glass, etc.
