Cap Sealers

The SIH-1000 Series cap sealing machine uses of the principle of induction to provide a safety foil seal on the opening of bottles and jars. An HF signal is amplified, then it is output through the induction coil. When containers with inner aluminum caps pass through the induction coil, vertex will occur and the instant heat produced makes the aluminum foil surface and the mouth of the bottle adhere together with a hermetic seal.
